How to
A short guide on what to consider
Location requirements
Decide which waste fractions you want to collect separately at your event. We recommend keeping the system straightforward by focusing on the most common waste types typically generated at your festival, based on your past experiences.
Legal requirements
Make sure to comply with your city’s regulations on color coding, pictograms, and the types of waste fractions you plan to separate. The waste collection setup should match the selected fractions to ensure proper processing and recycling.
Installation
Installing 50 attachment units takes approximately 120 minutes. To speed up the process, we recommend using a transport vehicle to carry the attachments between the festival’s recycling stations.
Possible hurdles
Scalability and costs: Depending on the company that is providing the attachments.
Transport
Please allocate a storage area of at least 2 × 2 meters so all attachments can be collected together on a pallet. Access to water and drainage is required to ensure proper cleaning and sanitation after use.
